Honored Clan 2026

Join us at the Middle Tennessee Highland Games, September 12-13, 2026, where Clan Cochrane will be highlighted as the Honored Clan. These games will be held at Sanders Ferry Park, on the shores of Old Hickory Lake in Hendersonville, TN 37066.

We hope to have a large contingent of Cochranes (any spelling or variant) in attendance! We are currently in planning stages, but here is what we have so far:

  • Four 10×10 tents to house us at the games.
  • AGM (annual general business meeting) on Saturday @ 2 PM in the Clant tent. Open to members to meet their board (induction of new board members as decided by upcoming elections), hear the news, and help decide the future course of Clan Cochrane in North America. Tickets are $15.00 each and will include a gift from your clan, snacks, and tickets for drawing prizes. Check the online store after June 1, 2026, for ticket sales.
  • As Honored clan, Clan Cochrane will lead the Clan March! Come prepared with your tartan, or purchase tartan items at the clan tent!
  • While not a Cochrane-specific event, there will be a “Calling of the Clans” on Friday evening. If you have never attended one of these, it is an amazing event that truly makes your heritage come to life.
